What we are looking for >
In order to meet the constant demand for new homes, Inland is actively seeking sites in the South of England for brownfield developments. We would like to hear from you regarding the following types of sites suitable for redevelopment:
- Institutional Buildings – Hospitals/Schools
- Nursing Homes
- Builders Yards/Timber Merchants/Scrap Metal Dealers
- Redundant Commercial Premises
- Former Factories/Warehouses/Office Buildings
- Poorly Performing Public Houses/Petrol Stations
- Large Houses in Oversized Plots
- Long-term Strategic Options
Should you be aware of any suitable site disposals which meet our criteria, we'd be happy to pay you a generous introduction fee if you are not retained.
