Ashford , Middlesex

Inland have purchased the West Wing of Ashford Hospital from the NHS Trust.

This 1.8 acre site is located adjacent to London Road (A30) and is only a mile and a half from Heathrow Airport terminal 4.

A residential planning application for 152 apartments has now been approved by the Local Authority, which can be developed in stages to make best use of this Brownfield site and to get rid of an eyesore.
