Inland have acquired a brownfield site in the heart of Byfleet village centre. The derelict site has been disused for some years and had become neglected and over grown. Having now secured planning permission for 14 luxury apartments Inland have entered into a contract with Howarth Homes to build the development which will be marketed as Ellis House.
