Inland have acquired two industrial units located on a dilapidated industrial estate adjoining a residential area. The property is allocated for housing and forms part of the Thames Gateway Regeneration Area. Inland have now received outline planning permission from the Thames Gateway Development Corporation for 16 houses and 24 apartments.
